Returns & Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide a great customer experience. We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

We partner with Printful, a third-party vendor for merchandise printing and distribution. Printful prints and delivers each product directly to you. Since each item is custom-printed to order, our return and refund policy follows Printful's guidelines.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with damage, a printing defect, or is the wrong item, we'll work with Printful to promptly resolve the issue. Any issue must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after delivery.

This includes tears, loose stitching, poor print quality, incorrect item, off-center placement, incorrect designs, pixelation, or wrong size or color.

To Report an Issue

  • Submit within 2 weeks of receiving your order.

  • Include a detailed description of the issue

  • Attach clear photos with good lighting to ensure all details are visible. What Photos to Submit

Once submitted, a claim is sent to Printful for review, and if an error is confirmed, the cost of replacement or refund will be covered at their expense.

Lost Packages & Incorrect Addresses

We'll work with Printful to help resolve delivery issues and address errors. All shipping problems must be reported within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

Delivered but Not Received

If your package is delayed, first check your tracking link, wait 5-7 days past the estimated delivery date, and contact the carrier directly. If the carrier confirms it was delivered but you didn't receive it, file a claim with the carrier. The carrier will handle the investigation and we cannot cover reshipment in this case.

Lost in Transit

Submit a claim within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If Printful confirms it's their error, they'll cover the cost of reprinting and reshipping your order at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address

If your address was incorrect or insufficient at checkout, your package will be returned to Printful. You'll be responsible for reshipment costs (typically $5-15). Once you submit your correct address, we'll reship the package.

Return Packages

  • Return address is automatically set to the Printful facility

  • You'll receive an automated email when Printful receives a returned package

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days

Buyer's Remorse & Exchanges

Items are custom-printed to order and cannot be resold. So we cannot refund or accept exchanges for change of mind, wrong color, dissatisfaction, or poor fit.

Change an Order

If you ordered the wrong size or color, you can place a new order at full price, but your original order won't be refunded. If the error was our mistake, it falls under "Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items" and is handled at no cost.

Cancel an Order

To cancel, contact us immediately. You can only cancel if production hasn't started (usually within 1-2 hours of placing your order).

International Customers

  • Brazil - You have a legal right to withdraw within 7 days of receiving your order. Sumit a withdrawal request include your order details and a photo of the product.

  • EU - Under EU law, custom-printed items are considered "personalized goods", so standard withdrawal rights don't apply. You're still protected for damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong products.
